WORLD OUTREACH INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP

We are pleased to introduce to you World Outreach International Fellowship. This is a fellowship of international ministers and ministries that relate to WOC on an interactive basis to build the kingdom of God. We recognize the need for creating an arm of the World Outreach Center that provides encouragement and strength to like-hearted ministers and ministries worldwide, in addition to the support of our field missionaries. In many ways, we are formalizing and looking to improve what we have been doing for years in an informal way. Let’s support one another.

Family Flexible: We have operated on a family-style culture in offering services, counsel and project help. By this we imply that our ties are more relational and on a volunteer basis than a paid service. In looking at the N.T. Scriptures, we see that people everywhere needed help, ideas, encouragement from an experienced spiritual father or mother and a true brotherhood in the gospel. There was not a fee for relationships, but an understanding to bless and share provision with a loving heart and common sense. Gifted men and women traveled all over to both strengthen and expand God’s kingdom.

We are a faith-based organization and do not charge for what we do or who we are. Our hope is that God will place it on the heart of those who know us to give to WOC because they appreciate us, our mission and want to see it continue and grow. We sow into others and operate in our giving on the same model.

Edifying the Body in Love: There are some fundamental principles that may be important to you in considering being a part of the World Outreach International Fellowship. We believe strongly in the Greatest Commandments and the Great Commission. So we try to have a culture of love and stay on the task of winning souls and making disciples to Christ. We encourage the gathering of church communities and the input of Five-fold ministries as stated in Ephesians 4, as well as, other gifts in the Body of Christ. We do this to encourage unity, maturity and fruit.

Our heart is for leaders to be emotional healthy and to heal the culture of the Christian community. We desire to see the foundation of fathering and son-ship being restored as mentioned in Luke 1:17. The emphasis on relating to the Father-heart of God is germane. This makes for loving, kingdom-like persons, families and Church communities.

A Family Network: In the end, we want to see successful ministry leaders, families and churches throughout the world and to be a support system. Part of this is to get to know others in the World Outreach community and build life-giving friendships and relationships. Everything is built on individual relationships and open-hearted communications as we work towards God’s purposes.

Having said the above, becoming a part of this International Fellowship comes with mutual agreement. We look for a blessing and workable expectations for all parties.

So if you are seeking for this type of fellowship, this is how we operate.

What we offer:

  1. Leaders to give counsel and befriend other laborers in the field
  2. Teams to help with programs and events (as available)
  3. Field visits to pray and strategize together
  4. Family counsel to keep your family strong and resolve problems
  5. Attendance to our annual conferences and retreats

What we ask:

  1. An honest and transparent relationship from the heart
  2. Help to support expenses when traveling
  3. A willingness to have an extended spiritual family
  4. Pray for our home team and financially investing in it so we can support others.

How to get involved:

We put relationship before structure. So all of those involved must come from a prior relationship and an internal referral. If you are one of those ministers who have been associated with a World Outreach Center laborer worldwide, you may meet the qualifications. You can apply to this fellowship network for a review.

The World Outreach International Fellowship’s best resources are the people who choose to be a part. They see a bigger picture than their personal ministry, but also the person beside them who is part of the same family of God and team.
If you are interested in being a part of this fellowship, please write us a letter describing your ministry to: woc.fortmill@gmail.com .
